After a few months of no time being able to post, and new living changes, I have decided to bring TheBasement back to a state that may be a little more manageable. While we discover a better way to present quality content to you in the best way possible, this will be our temporary home.

We will still produce live video content every week, and our editorial pieces are not going away. This is just a way for us to better wrangle our content up with the minimal free time we currently have. toTheBasement is not going away. We just needed to find a smaller, more approachable home before we brought out the big guns again. In fact, this temporary change may actually allow us to produce even more content, because we don’t have to deal with browser compatibility, failed CMS updates, or even overly strong CSS selectors.

This is because we have, for the time being, moved to the system made by our good friends at thecanopycloud.com and they get to deal with all that instead. We didn’t have the time to manage both the back-end and content-end of a website, so we have found a way to purely focus on the content end.

In due time we will find our way back to the full fledged site we used to be, but until that time comes, we hope you will welcome us with open arms as we begin our journey down a new stretch of road.
